What's covered
- Defective parts or faulty workmanship on the transmission we fitted. We repair or replace the fault, at our discretion.
- Cover starts on the date the transmission is installed.
- We dismantle and inspect the engine and transmission at no cost to you, to confirm whether the claim is covered.
- Commercial vehicles are covered for 6 months.

What's not covered
- The transmission is opened or worked on by another workshop during the warranty period
- Flood or water damage, including a broken housing
- Racing or competition use after the rebuild
- Wrong or low fluid, abuse, neglect, or a faulty vehicle part we did not supply
- Faults caused by the Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
- Missing a scheduled service with us at the stated mileage
- Towing, shipping, rental car or other costs after a breakdown
- Diagnostic time
How to make a claim
- 01
Stop driving the car if the gearbox is slipping, overheating or making noise. Continuing can turn a small fault into a rebuild.

WhatsApp or call the workshop with your invoice number and a description of the symptoms.
- 03
Bring the vehicle to No. 49, Jalan SBC 3. We dismantle and inspect it in-house, free of charge, and confirm whether it falls under warranty.

If it does, we repair or replace the faulty parts at no charge.
- 05
A warranty repair does not restart the warranty. Your original period, from the first installation date, still applies.
Warranty is honoured on fully paid invoices only. The exact period and conditions for your job are stated on your invoice, which is the binding document. This page is a summary.
